The skin of man and women are different. There are three factors: the thickness, the firmness and secretion of sebum. A man's skin has more grease than the skin of the women and one of its main problems is the shine. For this reason a man's skin will need specifics products.
Because of the characteristics of the men skin it needs special hygienic norms. This is because men's skin is 24% thicker than a women's skin. Also, the quantity of grease secreted by the skin in men is higher because of the hormones. That's why it has more imperfections and shine, especially in the T zone. However, the cheeks and neck, because of the shaving, is more susceptible to the dryness.
Skin care for men is very important, because there are some factors that affects the skin of men such as the age, the stress, the exhaustion, the pollution, the unbalanced diet, the health problems, lack of exercises, smoke and alcohol. All these factors affect the skin of women too but the effects are different in the skin of men. Products for the skin care of men permit to have a healthy skin and a good appearance.
The cosmetic habits that men should follow in order to a good skin care are:
- A correct facial cleaning with specifics products for the face
- The use of shaving creams to avoid the dryness
- The use of products with UV protection before, during and after of the exposition to the sun
- To take a shower with specifics products and use deodorants after the shower
The beauty products for men are split up into several parts: facial cleaning, shaving stuff, personal hygiene and sun protection products. Men need to be more concerned about skin care.
